By using Damj, you agree to these platform-use terms. This page does not replace a signed brokerage, offer, lease, or transaction-specific agreement. A signed document governs its own subject matter if there is a conflict.

Damj is a real-estate broker. It is not the property owner, buyer, lender, insurer, accredited valuer, or escrow account. The platform publishes listings and manages communication, negotiation, and documentation within the agreed brokerage scope.

You must provide accurate, current information and protect your credentials. Do not impersonate another person or submit a misleading deed, advertising licence, image, price, or description. Damj may suspend a listing or account when information is missing, suspicious, or non-compliant.

Damj reviews deed, advertising-licence, and listing information against the evidence available before publication. A badge identifies the signal reviewed; it is not a guarantee of structural condition, value, solvency, or freedom from dispute. Each party remains responsible for due diligence and specialist advice where needed.

Damj never receives, holds, or settles the property sale price or earnest money. If the parties agree to earnest money, it moves buyer to seller directly under a documented tripartite agreement defining entitlement and cancellation. The sale price moves between buyer and seller through the government escrow at title transfer. If a signed brokerage agreement places a commission on the buyer, Damj invoices it only after title transfer, with tax added as required by law. Signed agreements and the applicable regulated platforms govern lease terms and payments.

Calculators are arithmetic scenarios based on user inputs, not financing offers or advice. District indicators are descriptive statistics from executed official transactions above the publication threshold; they do not determine a specific property's value. An accredited valuation requires a licensed valuer.

Any optional plan is separate from the brokerage commission. Its price, duration, and service scope appear before confirmation, and the payment gateway processes card data. An incomplete request is not an active subscription. Cancellation or dispute handling follows the terms shown for that transaction and applicable law, without a pre-committed financial promise from Damj.

Damj works to keep the platform available and accurate, but a service may be interrupted, delayed, or contain an error. Damj does not guarantee a sale, financing approval, return, price, or closing time. Market data and enquiry ordering are not investment or credit recommendations.

These terms may change when the product or applicable law changes; the update date appears here. Saudi law applies, and disputes go to the competent authority or the process stated in the signed agreement.

• Do not collect user data or attempt to bypass permissions, identity checks, or security controls.
• Do not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, spam, or unlawful content.
• Do not copy listing images, marks, or content for unauthorised republication.
• Do not bypass the broker or a signed agreement to evade a valid obligation.
